This new Translucent Mirror camera has a whopping 24.3mp APS-C sensor, offers 12fps shooting, durable dust and moisture resistant body construction, an OLED viewfinder, the list goes on and on. The A65 is a cut back version with the same sensor but less durable build claims and 10fps. There is also a new 16-50mm f/2.8 lens to accompany these cameras.
Also announced is a new NEX-5N which boosts the NEX-5 resolution to 16mp with video now offering 1080/60p, 10fps and a touch screen. The bigger news is the NEX-7. To put it simply, this is like a mirrorless A77/65. It features the same 24.3mp sensor, has the same OLED viewfinder, and Alpha flash hot shoe fitting, pop up flash… look out Fuji x100.
